Participants: Paul Harris (moderator), Arietta Slade, Miriam Steele, Marjorie Taylor, Dennie Palmer Wolf
Paul Harris is Professor of Education at Harvard University and author of The Work of Imagination.
Arietta Slade is Professor of Psychology at City College and Co-Editor of Children at Play: Developmental Approaches to Meaning and Representation.
Miriam Steele is Associate Professor of Psychology and Assistant Director of Clinical Training at The New School. She originated the Parent Child Project at the Anna Freud Centre and does research on attachment and human development.
Marjorie Taylor is Professor and Head of Psychology at the University of Oregon. She is the author of Imaginary Companions and the Children Who Create Them.
Dennie Palmer Wolf is Director of Opportunity and Accountability at The Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University. She heads a team that examines excellence and equity issues related to opportunity and outcomes for students in K-12 urban systems.
